Finding the right denim for the BF-110 Heritage Straight has taken more tries than we expected. Some samples looked promising but felt too light. Others had more weight but felt too heavy for everyday wear. Neither gave the jean the balance we’re looking for.
We want high-quality, 100% cotton denim with a substantial feel, everyday comfort, and the ability to develop character with wear. We’re developing the fabric around the jean, then evaluating how it feels when worn—not just how a sample looks on a table.
The BF-110 is still in development. We’ll keep refining the denim until it feels right.
